This prisoner, Mr. Butler, was a member of a class action lawsuit filed against Florida prison guards for wrongful administration of pepperspray. Guards enhance the effects of the spray by re-mixing the spray or by refusing the prisoners a shower or putting them in hot water. Scarring results many times. "Making the Walls Transparent" (MTWT), created and directed by Kay Lee, assisted in the lawsuit.
