HowTo: TagsYou want your channels and posts to be found more quickly by colleagues and other DocCheck users? This article will show you how to achieve this by using the "Tags" function.
1. What are tags?

Tags are concise terms which characterize the content of a post or channel.

You can enter relevant tags for your channel or post so that it can be found more easily by colleagues and other DocCheck users using the DocCheck Search.

For example, if you create a channel for a specific subject area, it is useful to add suitable professions and terms from this subject area.

2. What can be tagged?

You can assign tags to your channel and posts.

3. How do I add tags?

Go to your post or channel and click on the green "Edit" button.

Under "Tags" select suitable professions, specialties and terms.

Type the first few letters of your tag and select it from the suggestions.
If your desired tag is not listed, you can write it out yourself and confirm your entry with "Return".

To save the selection of your tags, finish your editing in the channel via "Save" and "Done". In posts click on the green button at the end of the detail page.

5. How can I delete tags?

You can delete a tag by clicking on the small cross next to the text.
