HowTo: DocCheck Reward AccountThere's no negative interest with DocCheck! Keep track of your accumulated credit in your DocCheck Reward Account. In this article you will learn how to use it.

1. What is the DocCheck Reward Account?

On your DocCheck Reward Account we collect all rewards that you earn by participating in studies, receiving bMails or collaborating with DocCheck.

2. Where can I find my DocCheck Reward Account?

Click on your profile picture in the upper right corner and select "My DocCheck Reward Account" in the menu.

Your transactions and bank details are only visible to you.

3. What functions can I use?In your DocCheck Reward Account you will find the following areas:Transactions

At the top right of the page you can see your current account balance.

You can change the period of the transactions you want to look at by adjusting the start and end date via the calendar icons and clicking on "View".

To export the transactions for this selected period, click on the "Download PDF" button at the bottom of the table. You can also do this for all your transactions.

Bank Account

Enter your IBAN and BIC so that we can transfer your DocCheck credit to your bank account.

If you are required to pay sales tax, you can check the appropriate box here and enter your VAT ID and tax number.

Confirm your entries with "Save".

4. What can I do with the money I earn at DocCheck?

Payment in the DocCheck Shop

Simply log in to the DocCheck Shop, fill your shopping cart and charge your account balance!

Payment to bank account

Amounts of 25 € or more will be transferred to your bank account half-yearly, provided you have entered the relevant bank details (IBAN and Swift/BIC number needed) in your DocCheck Reward Account.
Payments are only made to German bank accounts or accounts that can handle a SEPA bank transfer.
For each transfer, we charge a transaction fee of 0.50 € and deduct it from your remuneration claims.

5. Can I use my DocCheck Reward Account credit in the DocCheck Shop?

Yes, during the payment process in the DocCheck Shop, you have the option of paying for your purchase with your DocCheck Reward Account credit. Note: This option is automatically displayed in the payment process if there is at least 5 € in your DocCheck Reward Account.
