Diabetic foot syndrome with necrosis
The diabetic foot syndrome shows the following clinical symptoms:
Poorly healing erosions of the skin. When treated not well, they can easily developer into ulcers (Malum perforans) and finally into gangrenous necrosis.
Decreased sensitivity and pain sensations
Weak or missing pulse on the foot
