The perianal thrombosis- or simply anal thrombosis- is an on the outer edge of the anus located venous thrombosis in the venous system of the sphincter muscle that closes. A perianal thrombosis is an ‘external hemorrhoid’. The hemorrhoid cushion lies inside on the border to the rectum.
