Description: Fresh rip of the intima 3cm distal of the aortic valve in the ascending aorta.
Additional findings: 80-year-old male patient, cause of death: fresh rupture of an aneurysm into the pericardic sac: heart tamponade (200 ml coagulated blood inside the pericardic sac).
