35-year old indian woman, since two years living in germany. Since two hours the patient is experiencing severe pain in the upper abdomen. Blood results show 12,000 leucocytes, CRP 30, Ca 1,6, Lipase 460. All other results are normal. Ultrasonography showed massive free liquid in the abdomen. The laparoscopy showed milk-like liquid in the entire abdomen, around 2 liters.
