Malignant lymphomas are aggressive neoplasms that arise from lymphatic cells in lymph nodes, tonsills, spleen or stem cells in bone marrow. A Non-Hodgkin-Lymphom - abbr. NHL - refers to the group of all malignant lymphomas (monoclonal neoplasias of B- or T-cell origin) that differ from Hodkin-Lymphomas.
