53 year old female. total abdominal hysterectomy 8 years ago. Lymphedema developed after op. on right lower extremity lymphscintigram showed demal back flow 14 months ago, I operated her with suction lipectomy and lymph nodes and stem cell graft. After op. no recur no aggravation till now.
