Considering the current shortage of nurses, many ambulances and nursing services are dependant on the recruitment of foreign staff.
These persons are professionally qualified, but insufficient knowledge of German or different job profiles can complicate the integration into the German work process. Due to the shortage of skilled workers, the available staff doesn't have enough time to instruct and train. This often causes frustration on both sides and useless expenses.
The goal of our courses for foreign nursing staff is to minimize this gap, to convey extended basic knowledge of the colloquial and professional nursing language, and to teach the German standards of nursing and hygiene. Our special simulators can reconstruct the complete daily nursing routine from basic to special care, interactively and with practical tasks.
