Ulcer with pseudomonas right foot lateral (09.2016)
Poorly healing wound (ulcer) after arthrodesis with external fixator (2004), open since then. Ulcer open and infected with pseudomonas after unsuccessful meshgraft treatment (skin transplantation). Current treatment Ciproflaxin (e.g. Cyprobay) and Betaine+AG wound dressing. Ulcer is currently closing and dry (Cyprobay).
