Back Musculature with Sciatic Nerve
View of the autochthonous and superficial back muscles, the spine, and muscles of the lower limb. The muscular supporting structures of the spine are extremely important for the upright walk. Not training these muscles can cause postural defects, tension, chronic back pain. Overexertion can cause a disk prolaps. In this case, the disk puts pressure on nerves (e.g. the sciatic nerve) and causes pain and a feeling of numbness.
