Anococcygeal ligament (light pink, from the bottom of the picture towards the anus)

Sphincter muscle (light pink, surrounds the anus)

Bulbocavernosus muscle (orange, in front of the anus)

Levator ani muscle (orange area between anus and gluteus maximus muscle)
