Light blue: Stable elements.

Green: Radioactive elements with isotopes of very long (> 1 million years) half-life. This can be neglected and the elements handles without precaustions.

Yellow: Radioactive elements that carry a low health risk. Their half-life is over 500 years and allows for commercial usage. Their radiation level is similar to that of background radiation.

Orange: Radiactive elements that are known to be a high security risk. Their half-life is longer than one day and their radiation makes them unattractive for commercial use, exept as a source of radiation.

Red: Highly radioactive elements. Their half-life is only a few minutes and thus they pose a severe health risk. It is unlikely that they have use outside of foundational research

Violet: Extremely highly radioactive elements. Little is known about these elements and they are unlikely to be given much attention outside of research labs.
