Expanding osteoplastic metastase of scull-cap in a patient with prostate carcinoma. Magnetic resonance imaging T1 with contrast agent. One can see the metastasing tissue expanding across the bony border and also the absorption of the contrast agent by the meninges as a sign of infiltration.
