This is an incidental finding, discovered during examination of protruding margins of the crowns number 35 and 37 because of massive gingival bleeding. Examination for caries was a concern at the same time. Tooth number 37 demonstrated grade-I mobility. The patient did not experience symptoms, except for halitosis. Treatment of the root canal number 37, as well as the bridge had been performed in the previous year in India.Tooth number 37 was subsequently removed.
