Ulcer after clipping
The upper gastrointestial hemorrhage is classified after Forrest:
Type I: Active bleeding, Type Ia: squirting, Type Ib: seeping
Type II: Inactive bleeding, Type IIa: vessel stump is visible, Type IIb: ulcus or coagulation, Type c: ulcus covered with haematin
Type III there is no bleeding, but another visible leasion and bleeding in the patients history
