What is important?
You have be able to differentiate between anal vein thrombosis and thrombosed hemorrhoids.
This canbe performed by any doctor
Simple but important: Suffiency local anesthesia: Do not inject directly into the thrombosed area!
The clot is removed with a forceps (Halstedt Mosquito Forceps)
Leave as is, put a dressing with ointment on it. Done.
