Papillary tumor in the distal ureter. Distally in direction of the bladder, the granulating ulcer floor of the transurethral resection of 4 months ago is visible. Hydronephrosis and hydroureter on the side of the urethral tumor.
Additional finding: Current: Rests of the poorly differentiated urothelial carcinoma in the distal ureter. Expansion: 10mm, rpT2a G3 pN2 M1 L1 V1.
Clinical history: 84 year old patient. Transurethral resection of a poorly differentiated papillary urothelial carcinoma 1 year ago pT1. Resection of a recurrence of the carcinoma 4 months ago.
