In the longitudinal disection the white tumor infiltration is visible. It originates from the Corona glandis and reaches up to 0.7 cm deep. The surface of the Corpus cavernosum is infiltrated. Bordering to the invasive carcinoma is a verrucous Carcinoma in situ that covers the complete surface of the glans. The urethre is free of tumor.
Additional findings: Moderately differentiated keratinizing squamous-cell carcinoma of the Glans penis with infiltration of the Corpora caversona and the Corpus spongiosum with proof of vessel invasion. Widespread Carcinoma in situ. HPV type 16.
