Oncocytic microfollicular neoplasia - large quantities of onocytic cells with relatively broad cytoplasm massenhaft onkozytäre Zellen mit relativ breitem Zytoplasma and differently sized, extcentric nuclei that contain a conspiciously large nucleolus. Some nuclei are notched.Additional finding: Histologic diagnosis: minimally invasive oncocytic carcinoma of the thyroid gland. Focus-like singular tumor intrusions in small vessels of the tumor capsule. Circumscribed arrosion of the capsule. pT3 Clinical history: 60 year old male patient. Left thyroid lobe: inhomogenous node, diameter 8cm.
