Merkel cell carcinoma - fine-needle biopsy of a subcutaneous nodule over the parotid gland: diffuse field of monomorohic cells with round nuclei and only litle variety of the nuclear size. The nuclei contain a slightly coarsened nuclear cromatin with salt & pepper aspect and 1-2 chromocenters or small nucleoli. The cytoplasm is narrow, fragile, and atypically cyanophile.
