Glottic and supraglottic squamous cell carcinoma of the larynx - whitish solid tumor, macroscopically punctuated on the right, breaking through the thyroid cartlage on the right, and reaching the prelaryngeal soft tissue on the right at 2 'o clock in the middle of the speciman.Additional finding: Histology: poorly differentiated invasive keratinizing squamous cell carcinoma of the glottis and supraglottis predominantly spreading on the right, and infiltrating the prelaryngeal soft tissue at 2 o'clock. Infiltration and perforation of the thyroid cartilage with prelaryngeal spreading and infiltration of the thyroid cartilage up to the prelaryngeal skeletal muscles.
