Cardiac tamponade - opened view of the thoracic cavity including opened pericardium. This is filled with coagulated dark red blood (1000 ml). Additional findings: Dissecting aneurysm (Stanford type A aortic dissection, see the classifications). Starting 6cm distal to the aortic valve.
