Chemically reactive gastropathy (type C gastritis) - antral mucosa with corkscrew-like twisting and highly elongated foveolae covered by basophilic epithelium. Fibromuscular stromal obliteration and dilated capillaries in the lamina propria. No inflammatory infiltrate.
Additional Findings: No Helicobacter
